Realtime Patient Feedback - what it is and how to use it

Real-time feeback technology is located in your GP practice (usually in the patient waiting area) and collects patients' views at the point at which they are accessing your services - for example, while they are waiting to be seen by their doctor or nurse or after they have been seen.
