Using the Community of Practice

• The CoP is not intended to replace or act as a substitute for ongoing communication with either the Department of Health or your technology supplier
• Specific problems relating to your supplier relationship, Department of Health or the GP Real-time Feedback pilot should first be raised directly with these parties outside of the CoP
• You must only use the CoP to post, use or send content and messages that comply with our instructions and which are legal (in respect of the law applicable in England and Wales, Scotland and in any country from which it is posted) and appropriate to the CoP
• Any material, content or discussion posted within the CoP should be treated as confidential and not be shared with individuals outside of or not participating in the Real-time Patient Feedback pilot without first consulting the Department of Health project team at realtime@practicemanagement.org.uk.
