Health Communities Programme launches new Community of Practice
From the 22nd February for five weeks the Health Communities Programme will be hosting a series of case studies focused on the relationship between health and issues of equality and diversity. The case studies will be accompanied by an online 'hotseat' discussion on the Health Communities, Community of Practice (CoP). We invite you to join us and to share your thoughts and experiences on these important topics.
