Real time patient feedback

With an increasing focus on a 'patient-led' NHS, responding to the needs and wishes of patients is central to the work of every GP practice - whether you're designing new services, changing existing ones or simply evaluating your own performance.

Gathering real-time feedback when patients visit your practice allows you to listen and respond to their views quickly and effectively.

The Real-time Patient Feedback Appendix builds on the original step-by-step advice on real-time patient feedback outlined in section 8.3 of the Practice Management Network's Improving access, responding to patients: A 'how-to' guide for GP practices and should be read alongside it.

Please note that this publication is not available in hardcopy and can only be accessed digitally, we are therefore unable to take orders for this document.

The full Real-time Patient Feedback Appendix can be viewed from the links below and is also available to download in PDF format.
