The national living wage increase commences on 1st April 2018. If you employ a member of staff aged 25 and over, and not in their first year of an apprenticeship, they are legally entitled to at least the National Living Wage. From 1 April 2018 this will go up to £7.83 per hour.
Hopefully your staff will being paid well above this rate, but what are the plans for a staff pay rise this year?
